任何艺术是离不开创造、创新的,美术更是如此。所以,我一直不主张上美术课套用一种固定的模式,那样会僵化课堂、抑制思维、扼杀创新。十几年的教学经验,使我明白一个道理,再好的教法都不能蹈袭,尤其不能重复,凡是生搬硬套他人的,凡是重复自己曾经觉得很好的方法和模式,都不可能第二次获得精彩。然而,从事十几年美术教学,我又在不知不觉中形成了一定的模式,这些模式在一定程度上都取得过显著的效果。完全否定它舍弃它吗?不可能;完全一成不变地袭用它,
Any art is inseparable from creation and innovation, especially in fine arts. Therefore, I have not advocated applying a fixed model to the art class. This would rigidify the classroom, inhibit thinking, and stifle innovation. More than ten years of teaching experience has taught me that one reason is that no matter how good the teaching method is, no one can repeat it. In particular, it cannot be repeated. It is impossible for anyone who has applied other people to repeat the method and mode that they once thought was very good. Get wonderful. However, after engaging in fine arts teaching for more than a decade, I have unknowingly formed a certain pattern. These patterns have achieved significant results to some extent. Is it completely denied that it has abandoned it? It is impossible; it is completely used in immutability.
