金纳米粒由于其良好的化学惰性、生物相容性、表面易修饰性和独特的光学性质被广泛用于生物医药领域。综述粒径对金纳米粒在光学性质、细胞水平、体内环境等方面影响的研究进展,为以金纳米粒为基础的检测、治疗和诊断系统的构建提供参考。
Gold nanoparticles are widely used in the field of biomedicine due to their good chemical inertness, biocompatibility, easy surface modification and unique optical properties. This review summarizes the research progress of the effect of particle size on the optical properties, cellular level and in vivo environment of gold nanoparticles, and provides a reference for the construction of gold nanoparticle-based detection, treatment and diagnosis system.
