“争取经过两到三年的努力,使18个城市优化国有企业的数量在现有基础上再加10％,并在这些城市中初步建立起适应社会主义市场经济规律的技术改造投资机制。”这是日前在沈阳结束的全国“优化资本结构”试点18城市技术改造座谈会上确定的目标。
“After fighting for two to three years, we will increase the number of state-owned enterprises optimized by 18 cities by 10% on the existing basis and initially establish a technological transformation investment mechanism that will adapt to the laws of the socialist market economy.” This is the goal recently set forth in a pilot symposium on technological transformation of 18 cities in the “Optimized Capital Structure” concluded in Shenyang.
