为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为研究对象,将粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接。研究了粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2作为活性剂对焊缝深宽比、微观组织和接头显微硬度的影响。结果表明:活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大,添加粉煤灰、粉煤灰+SiO2活性剂焊件的焊缝硬度和焊接热影响区的硬度均高于常规焊接件。
In order to improve the efficiency of TIG welding of high strength aluminum alloy, the LD10 aluminum alloy was taken as the research object, and the fly ash, fly ash + SiO2 were coated on the surface of the specimen as the active agent, and the TIG welding was carried out. The effects of fly ash, fly ash + SiO2 as active agents on the aspect ratio, microstructure and microhardness of the joints were studied. The results show that both the weld bead weld width and the penetration depth increase when the active agent is applied. The weld hardness and the HAZ hardness of the weldment with fly ash and fly ash + SiO2 active agent are both higher than Conventional welding parts.
