利用响应面法优选鬼臼和甘草共提的最优提取工艺。采用回流法提取鬼臼毒素,考察了液料比、乙醇体积分数、回流时间、回流温度、鬼臼与甘草质量比等因素对鬼臼毒素提取率的影响,在单因素实验的基础上通过响应面法对提取工艺进行优化。回流提取的最优工艺条件为:液料比为10∶1,乙醇体积分数为70%,甘草与鬼臼质量比为11.5∶1,100℃水浴提取3 h。验证试验表明,拟合得到的模型与实际符合较好。
Optimization of extraction process of podophyllotoxin and licorice by response surface method. The podophyllotoxin was extracted by reflux method. The effects of liquid material ratio, ethanol volume fraction, reflux time, reflux temperature, mass ratio of podophyllotoxin and licorice on podophyllotoxin extraction rate were investigated. Based on the single factor experiment, Surface method to optimize the extraction process. The optimal conditions of reflux extraction were as follows: the ratio of liquid to material was 10: 1, the volume fraction of ethanol was 70%, the mass ratio of licorice to podophyllophyll was 11.5:1, and the extraction time was 3 h at 100 ℃. Verification tests show that the fitted model is in good agreement with the actual situation.
