本文对公共政策绩效评估中存在的影响因素进行了分析,指出了构建服务型政府的需求、公共政策的数目以及作用范围、评估所具有的实践不足等因素对绩效评估所带来的影响,最后阐述了通过强化公共政策的绩效评估工作并逐步设置相关专业评估部门与机构、从重点公共政策入手同时不断的增加作用范围、健全相应的公共政策评估机构等措施,以更加有效的实现公共政策绩效评估。
