大同第二发电厂1号机组凝汽器铜管运行中存在着端差大、真空低的老大难问题。通过小型试验,确定了对凝汽器铜管进行氨基磺磺酸酸洗、过硫酸钾氧化成膜的技术方案。凝汽器铜管成膜后,经X光电子能谱仪对膜质检测,证明已形成了性能良好的保护膜。机组运行后,凝汽器端差由130℃降至4.77℃,达到了华北电力集团公司考核规定的优秀等级(5℃),煤耗可降低1481g/(kW·h),机组的安全性和经济性大为提高。
