本文用流式细胞仪,以细胞膜分化抗原和DNA含量双参数测定法,探讨了57例各型白血病患者骨髓和11例正常骨髓单个核细胞分化抗原阳性表达细胞的增殖特性。结果表明:不同型白血病细胞不仅有相应的分化抗原表达,而在不同病期相应的抗原呈彼消此长现象。HLA-DR~+细胞%、HI_(115)~+细胞%在初发、复发病人较高,在慢性期、缓解期病人较低。膜抗原和DNA双参数分析表明,白血病骨髓增殖期细胞中大部分为与各型白血病细胞相应的免疫标志细胞,根据白血病细胞这种增殖特性的变化,可预测疾病变化进程。
In this paper, the proliferation characteristics of bone marrow cells and normal bone marrow mononuclear cells differentiated antigen positive cells from 57 leukemia patients were studied by flow cytometry and dual-parameter determination of cell membrane antigen and DNA content. The results showed that different types of leukemia cells not only have the corresponding differentiation antigen expression, but at different stages of the corresponding antigens presented to the long disappear phenomenon. The percentages of HLA-DR ~ + cells and% HI_ (115) ~ + cells were higher in primary and recurrent patients and lower in chronic and remission patients. Membrane antigen and DNA double-parameter analysis showed that the majority of leukemic myeloid proliferative phase cells with various types of leukemia cells corresponding to the immune marker cells, according to leukemia cells proliferation characteristics of this change can predict the course of disease progression.
