方法 应用蒸汽掺柴油进行地层、井筒、地面管线三位一体降粘技术研究。目的 解决超稠油生产难题 ,为超稠油的有效开发提供依据。结果 在G5 82 2井进行两个周期的现场试验 ,共增油 45 1 6t,延长生产时间 30~ 5 0d ,提高回采水率达 70 % ,油汽比 0 17~ 0 2 1,降粘效果明显。结论 应用同心管蒸汽掺柴油技术 ,可初步解决超稠油生产难题 ;但要提高整体效益 ,还有待于进一步攻关。
Methods The technology of steam injection diesel oil is applied to the trinity reduction of formation, wellbore and surface pipeline. Objective To solve the problem of super heavy oil production and provide the basis for the effective development of super heavy oil. Results In the field trial of two cycles in G5 82 2, a total of 45 1,6 t of oil was added and the production time was extended from 30 to 50 d, the recovery water recovery rate was 70%, the oil-steam ratio was 0 17 ~ 0 2 1, and the viscosity-reducing effect obvious. Conclusion The application of concentric tube steam diesel oil technology can initially solve the difficult problem of super heavy oil production. However, it still needs to be further tackled to improve the overall efficiency.
