目的:观察健脑生胶囊对小鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型的作用与机制。方法:应用小鼠脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型,观察健脑生胶囊1.0g/kg、2.0g/kg、4.0g/kg不同剂量组对缺血的脑组织内脂质过氧化产物含量以及氧化反应相关酶活性的影响。结果:表明健脑生胶囊能不同程度提高脑组织中SOD、CAT、POD、Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性,降低脑组织中MDA的含量。结论:健脑生胶囊对脑缺血/再灌注损伤的脑保护作用可能与其提高脑组织中抗氧化酶活性,清除自由基和减少过氧化脂质的生成有关。
Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of Jiannaosheng capsule on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in mice. METHODS: The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury model in mice was used to observe the contents of lipid peroxidation products in brain tissue of ischemic brain in different dose groups of 1.0g/kg, 2.0g/kg and 4.0g/kg of Jiannaosheng capsules. The effect of oxidation-related enzyme activity. Results: It was shown that Jiannaosheng capsule can increase the activity of SOD, CAT, POD and Na+-K+-ATPase in brain tissue and reduce the content of MDA in brain tissue. Conclusion: The neuroprotective effect of Jiannaosheng Capsule on cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury may be related to its enhancement of antioxidative enzyme activity, clearance of free radicals and reduction of lipid peroxidation in brain tissue.
