冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)是全球人类死亡的主要病因之一,其主要病理表现为急性心肌缺血-再灌注(ischemical/reperfusion,I/R)损伤。针对抗I/R损伤的各种心脏保护研究一直是生物医学领域的研究热点。本文就近年来有关远端肢体缺血处理心脏保护作用方式、机制及其临床应用方面的进展作一简要综述。
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is one of the major causes of human death worldwide, and its main pathological manifestation is acute myocardial ischemia / reperfusion (I / R) injury. A variety of cardiac protection against I / R injury has been a hot research topic in the field of biomedicine. This review summarizes recent advances in the ways, mechanisms and clinical applications of distal limb ischemic cardioprotection.
