目的 :探讨抗青光眼术后白内障患者进行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术中应用何氏钩的手术技巧以及临床效果。方法 :2 8例 (30只眼 )抗青光眼术后白内障患者 ,应用何氏钩采取拦截劈核法以及非切开瞳孔牵拉法扩大瞳孔进行白内障手术 ,观察术后视力、眼压变化、角膜内皮细胞情况以及并发症。随访时间 3～ 2 4个月。结果 :所有患者术后视力较术前均有不同程度的提高 ;术后眼压与术前相比无显著升高 ;术后角膜内皮丢失率平均为 8% ;全部患者保持功能滤过泡 ;无严重并发症发生。结论 :应用何氏钩以及采用我院的手术技巧可成功实施抗青光眼术后的白内障手术 ,保持功能滤过泡 ,获得良好视力
Objective: To investigate the surgical technique and clinical effect of Hook’s hook in cataract patients with glaucoma after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. METHODS: Twenty-eight patients (30 eyes) with cataract after glaucoma surgery were enrolled in this study. Hook was used to intercept and split the nucleus and non-open pupil to expand the pupil for cataract surgery. Visual acuity and intraocular pressure (IOP) Endothelial cell conditions and complications. Follow-up time was 3 to 24 months. Results: The postoperative visual acuity of all patients was improved to some extent. The postoperative IOP was not significantly higher than that before operation. The average corneal endothelium loss rate was 8%. All the patients maintained functional filtration bleb. No serious complications occurred. Conclusions: The use of Ho hook and the surgical techniques in our hospital can successfully cataract surgery after glaucoma surgery to maintain the function of filtration bleb, good visual acuity
