目的 评价右前头足斜位 (RACCO)和正位显示门静脉的临床价值。材料与方法 31例均以 7ml/s的速度经肠系膜上动脉 (2 7例 )或脾动脉 (4例 )注入 76 %泛影葡胺 2 5ml行间接门静脉造影 ,先行正位门静脉摄影 ,再行RACCO位摄影 ,然后对所得图像进行存储、分析。结果 图像综合分析表明 ,RACCO位像好于正位像者 2 0例 (占 6 4.5 % ) ,RACCO位像等于正位像者 7例 (占 2 3.3 % ) ,RACCO位像差于正位像者 4例 (占 13.2 % )。末稍分支分析表明RACCO位像显示的远端分支明显好于正位像 (占 87% )。结论 RACCO位对门静脉主干及其分支的显示明显优于正位。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of RACCO and anteroposterior portal vein. Materials and Methods All 31 patients underwent indirect portal vein angiography with an infusion of 76% diatrizoate 2 5ml at a rate of 7ml / s through the superior mesenteric artery (27 cases) or the splenic artery (4 cases). RACCO bit photography, and then the resulting image storage, analysis. Comprehensive analysis of the results showed that there were 20 RACAC patients (6 4.5%) with positive images, 7 RACCO patients with positive images (23.3%), and the RACCO images worse than the positive images 4 cases (13.2%). The final branch analysis showed that the remote branch of the RACCO bit image was significantly better than the positive image (87%). Conclusion The RACCO showed a significant superiority to the portal vein and its branches.
