目的:建立栽培蕲艾挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱分析测定方法,为栽培蕲艾药材的质量控制提供参考。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蕲艾挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对栽培蕲艾进行指纹图谱测定,并采用国家药品监督管理局推荐的中药指纹图谱计算软件进行计算,建立蕲州栽培蕲艾挥发油的共有指纹图谱。结果:栽培蕲艾挥发性成分中含有28个特征性指标成分,初步建立了以此28个共有峰为特征指纹信息的GC-MS指纹图谱。结论:该方法具有较好的重现性、精密度和稳定性(RSD均小于5%),建立的挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱为栽培蕲艾质量控制奠定了基础。
Objective: To establish a method for GC-MS fingerprinting determination of Volatile Oil from Caesalpinia edulis, providing references for the quality control of Caesalpinia argyi. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. GC-MS was used to determine the fingerprints of Cotinus coggygria. The fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine recommended by the State Drug Administration were used to calculate the fingerprint. Ai volatile oil of the common fingerprint. Results: There were 28 characteristic components in the volatile constituents of Zijia and GC-MS fingerprints of the 28 common peaks were established preliminarily. Conclusion: The method has good reproducibility, precision and stability (RSD less than 5%). The established GC-MS fingerprint of essential oil laid the foundation for the quality control of Yagai.
