中国经济在经历了近30年的高速发展后开始呈现增速放缓的态势。结构转型中的中国经济将目标瞄准了以创新、低碳、可持续发展等特点为代表的现代服务业。其中,体育产业依托中国庞大的人口基数所带来的巨额潜在消费力而备受瞩目。《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》和《全民健身计划(2016—2020年)》两个政策的推出更是显现了中国政府在体育产业发展上的决心。计划2015年中国体育产业经济规模达到五万亿人民币则进一步给定了明确的目标。于是,一个可期的20%年复合增长率的黄金时期已经到来,各路资本的热情也骤然引爆。其中,依托传统商业地产起家的万达集团继在电影产业大笔海外并购之后,此次又重金投资体育产业,并沿着产业价值链展开了一些的资本运作。
