连续、自动并且具有柔性的单元设备的研究与突破,是开展发射药柔性制造技术研究的首要环节。该文探讨了采用溶剂法生产工艺的发射药柔性制造中连续驱水、预混及驱溶3个关键单元的生产工艺参数的建模问题,提出了单元的多元多项式回归模型、回归检验、正交试验表、优化模型等的建立及求解方法。文中以连续驱水单元为例进行了模型处理,解出了该单元的一组最优生产工艺参数。
The research and breakthrough of continuous, automatic and flexible unit equipment are the primary links in the research of flexible manufacturing technology of propellant. This article discusses the modeling of the production process parameters of three key elements of continuous propellant, premixing and flooding in the flexible manufacturing of propellant using solvent method. The multivariate polynomial regression model of unit, regression test, positive To pay the test table, optimization model, such as the establishment and solution. In this paper, a continuous water flooding unit is taken as an example to deal with the model, and a set of optimal production process parameters of the unit is solved.
