本文结合53例人流术后持续性流血二次清宫的病例进行分析,发现清宫术刮出物中蜕膜残留占多数(62.24％),应引起妇产科医务工作者的重视。同时着重提出发生蜕膜残留的条件及防止发生的办法。
In this paper, 53 cases of persistent bleeding after second abortion were analyzed, found that the curettage of scraps in decidua accounted for the majority (62.24%), should lead to obstetrics and gynecology medical workers attention. At the same time highlight the conditions that occur decidua and prevention of occurrence.
