为研究环孢酶素A(cyclosporin A,CsA)对青春期前小鼠精原细胞凋亡率的影响,将15只健康6日龄SPF级雄性C57BL/6J小鼠的睾丸组织置于终浓度为0(对照)、0.01、0.1、1、10μg/ml的CsA培养液中培养3 d。测定小鼠睾丸生精管中精原细胞的凋亡情况。结果显示,与对照组比较,各浓度CsA染毒组小鼠精原细胞的凋亡率均增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);且随着CsA染毒浓度的升高,精原细胞凋亡率呈上升趋势。表明CsA可使体外培养的青春期前小鼠精原细胞的凋亡率升高,影响精子的发生。
In order to study the effect of cyclosporin A (CsA) on the apoptosis rate of preadolescent mouse spermatogonia, the testis tissues of 15 healthy 6-day-old male SPF male C57BL / 6J mice were incubated at the final concentration of 0 (control), 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10μg / ml CsA culture medium for 3 d. The apoptosis of spermatogonia in testicular vas deferens was measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, the apoptosis rate of spermatogonia in CsA-treated mice was significantly increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). With the increase of CsA High, spermatogonia apoptosis rate is on the rise. CsA can be cultured in vitro preadolescent spermatogonia apoptosis rate, affecting the occurrence of sperm.
