确立中国义务教育英语课程各阶段的教学目标,即学生应该达到什么能力并获得哪些知识,有必要参考英语国家义务教育英语课程各阶段的教学目标。本文将中国教育部2011年颁布的《义务教育英语课程标准》与英国教育部2013年颁布的《英文:学习纲要——关键1—2级》进行对比,发现在阅读和写作能力的教学目标上,《课标》6年级与《纲要》2年级、《课标》9年级与《纲要》4年级大体相当,但《纲要》更注重学生写作和自主学习能力的培养;在对语法知识教学目标的描述上,《纲要》没有《课标》那么具体,但多了对词缀和语篇知识的要求。中国学生掌握了《课标》描述的语法知识是否够用,还需要进一步调查。
It is necessary to make reference to the teaching objectives of all stages of English compulsory education English curriculum in order to establish the teaching objectives of all stages of Chinese compulsory education English curriculum, that is, what students should achieve and acquire what knowledge. This article compares the Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard promulgated by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2011 with the “English: Learning Outline - Key 1-2” promulgated by the British Ministry of Education in 2013 and finds that in the teaching objective of reading and writing ability Grade 6 and grade 2 in the Outline, grade 9 in the “course standard” is roughly equivalent to grade 4 in the “outline”, but the “outline” pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ writing ability and autonomous learning ability; On the description, “schema” is not as “lesson standard” so specific, but more on affix and text knowledge requirements. Chinese students have mastered the grammar knowledge of “class standard” is enough, but also need further investigation.
