利用改造的冲击腐蚀磨损机,测试了不同冲击功下含稀土量为0.08%的改性高锰钢的冲击腐蚀磨损性能。结果表明,在模拟实际工况条件下,当冲击功为1.2 J时,改性高锰钢的冲击腐蚀磨损机理为微观犁皱和二次显微切削,腐蚀作用不明显。当冲击功为2.0 J时,改性高锰钢的冲击腐蚀磨损机理为挤出棱加工硬化造成的材料剥落。在低冲击功下,改性高锰钢具有优异的耐冲击腐蚀磨损性能,是一种优良的冶金矿山用湿式球磨机衬板用钢。
The impact corrosion and wear properties of the modified high manganese steel containing 0.08% of rare earth under different impact energy were tested by the modified impact corrosion abrasion machine. The results show that under the simulated actual working conditions, when the impact work is 1.2 J, the impact corrosion and wear mechanism of the modified high-manganese steel is micro-plow wrinkling and secondary micro-cutting, and the corrosion effect is not obvious. When the impact power is 2.0 J, the impact corrosion and wear mechanism of the modified high-manganese steel is exfoliation of the material caused by the extrusion-edge work-hardening. Under the low impact energy, the modified high manganese steel has excellent impact corrosion and abrasion resistance, and is an excellent steel for the wet ball mill lining of the metallurgical mine.
