通过高温拉伸试验、冲击试验以及抛光试验研究了铜和硫对4Cr13钢加工性能的影响。研究表明,铜、硫的加入未引起4Cr13钢变形抗力的改变。4Cr13Cu钢的热塑性低于4Cr13钢,但高于4Cr13S钢。硫明显降低了4Cr13钢的冲击韧性,尤其是横向冲击韧性。相反,铜则显著提高了4Cr13钢的冲击韧性。铜、硫均降低了4Cr13钢的抛光性能。
The effects of copper and sulfur on the machinability of 4Cr13 steel were studied by high temperature tensile test, impact test and polishing test. The research shows that the addition of copper and sulfur has not caused the deformation resistance of 4Cr13 steel. 4Cr13Cu steel thermoplastic lower than 4Cr13 steel, but higher than 4Cr13S steel. Sulfur significantly reduces the impact toughness of 4Cr13 steel, especially the transverse impact toughness. In contrast, copper significantly improves the impact toughness of 4Cr13 steel. Copper and sulfur all reduce the polishing performance of 4Cr13 steel.
