自2008年1月1日国务院颁布的《职工带薪年休假条例》(国务院令第513号,以下简称《条例》)实施以来,社会上围绕职工年休假话题的讨论日渐增多。2008年9月18日,人力资源和社会保障部颁布了《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》(人力资源和社会保障部令第1号,以下简称《实施办法》),进一步细化、标准化了《条例》内容,同时,也对《条例》颁布后社会上对《条例》规定的种种困惑做出了回应,使企业贯彻职工带薪年休假制度更加有章可循。本期圆桌将从有关规定出发,对企业贯彻实施职工带薪年休假制度时应注重的法定标准及实操规则进行讨论,以期为企业制定、完善带薪年休假制度提供有益参考。
