根据一维束流理论以及能量守恒定律,建立液力变矩器转矩传递的数学模型。以经济性考虑为主,建立以高效率区域面积的最大值为目标函数,以启动工况转矩比、计算工况效率等为约束的优化设计模型。基于此优化设计模型,提出计算工况无冲击约束的优化策略,针对此优化策略提出了一种优化算法,编制以MATLAB为平台的计算程序,并将该程序进行实例分析,得到较好的结果,证明了该策略以及算法的可行性。
According to the one-dimensional beam theory and the law of conservation of energy, a mathematical model of torque converter torque transfer is established. Based on economic considerations, an optimal design model was established with the maximum value of the area with high efficiency as the objective function and the condition torque ratio being started and the efficiency of working conditions being calculated. Based on this optimization design model, an optimization strategy of no-impact constraint in working condition is proposed. An optimization algorithm is proposed for this optimization strategy, and a calculation program based on MATLAB is compiled. The program is analyzed with examples to obtain better results , Which proves the feasibility of the strategy and the algorithm.
