“道德人格”与其说是一个含糊的评价词,不如说是一个有着复杂动态结构的人格体系。“道德自足”和“无害性利他”作为个体道德实践的价值底线,意味着“自足性道德人”应当成为包括成人世界在内的整个社会人群自觉的人格追求。通过培养包括成人在内的整个“价值教育共同体”的价值理性和价值自觉,而不是单单强调学校教育实践者的单方面作为,这将为学校教育回归生活提供一片广阔的价值教育空间。
“Moral personality ” is not so much a vague evaluation of words, as it is a complex dynamic structure of the personality system. As the bottom line of value of individual moral practice, “self-sufficiency” and “innocent altruism” mean that “self-sufficiency moral people” should become the conscious personality pursuit of the entire social population, including the adult world. By cultivating the value rationality and value consciousness of the entire “value education community”, including adults, rather than simply emphasizing unilateral acts of school education practitioners, this will provide a vast space for value education of school education to return to life.
