面对制药业销售人才的大量流失,很多企业把罪魁祸首归因于薪酬不具吸引力,遂高薪礼聘,但此举仍阻止不了人才流失率的居高不下,问题到底出在哪里?或许企业应该反思,是否从人才的入口处就出了问题——你有没有一把甄选英才的标尺?标尺的刻度准确吗?
