青花菜(Brassica oleracea Var.italica plank)又称绿花菜,在港澳及广东地区称西兰花;原产地中海沿岸的意大利一带,为甘蓝的一个变种。因其营养价值高、风味好、品质优,为欧美、港澳等地国际市场上畅销的高档蔬菜。随着我国对外开放及人民生活水平日益提高,青花菜生产已日渐发展,特别是本省栽培面积已迅速扩大,产品已大量出口,成为创汇农业的重要品种;在国内市场上亦深受消费者欢迎。但随着青花菜生产的发展,其病害亦日益增加,对生产已有所影响。
Broccoli (Brassica oleracea Var.italica plank), also known as green cauliflower, in Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong Province, said broccoli; origin Mediterranean coast of Italy, a variant of cabbage. Because of its high nutritional value, good flavor, excellent quality, Europe and the United States, Hong Kong and Macao markets such as the best-selling high-end vegetables. With the opening-up of our country and the improvement of people’s living standards, the production of broccoli has been gradually developed. In particular, the cultivated area in our province has rapidly expanded and the products have been exported in large quantities and become an important variety of foreign exchange earning agriculture. They are also well received by consumers in the domestic market . However, with the development of broccoli production, the disease is also increasing, which has had an impact on production.
