目的:进一步提高对颅内动脉瘤的认识,改善颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的效果。方法:应用电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗25例颅内动脉瘤。结果:其中大脑中动脉分支远端动脉瘤在进行弹簧圈填塞过程中破裂出血、死亡;另1例术前Hunts分级Ⅴ级的患者,术后因严重脑血管痉挛死亡,其余恢复情况良好。结论:应用电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤是一种比较安全而有效的方法。
Objective: To further improve the understanding of intracranial aneurysms and improve the effect of intracranial aneurysm endovascular embolization. Methods: 25 cases of intracranial aneurysms were treated with endovascular embolization with detachable coils. Results: The distal aneurysm of middle cerebral artery branches ruptured and died during the process of coil packing. Another one patient with Hunts grade Ⅴ before operation died of severe cerebral vasospasm after operation, and the others recovered well. Conclusion: It is a safe and effective method to treat intracranial aneurysm with endovascular embolization with electrolytically detachable coil.
