将回收的废旧建筑垃圾破碎成级配合理的再生集料,并将其配制成沥青混合料。通过与普通石灰岩集料及其沥青混合料的对比试验,研究了废旧建筑垃圾再生集料的物理性质和力学性质以及废旧建筑垃圾再生集料制备的沥青混合料的性能。研究结果显示:废旧建筑垃圾再生集料制备的沥青混合料的性能均能够满足规范要求,且其稳定度、流值、残留稳定度等性能指标优于普通集料沥青混合料。
The recycling of waste construction waste crushed into graded reasonable renewable aggregate, and formulated as asphalt mixture. By comparing with ordinary limestone aggregates and asphalt mixtures, the physical and mechanical properties of waste building aggregates and the properties of asphalt mixture prepared from waste building waste regenerated aggregates were studied. The results show that the performance of asphalt mixture prepared from waste construction waste recycling aggregate can meet the specifications, and its performance index such as stability, flow value, residual stability is superior to ordinary aggregate asphalt mixture.
