本文叙述了中国保险企业客户关系管理应用现状,分析了存在的问题以及产生的原因,探讨解决的对策:建立客户关系管理统一理念;进行组织变革和流程优化;组建实施客户关系管理项目团队;加强企业内部信息系统与客户关系管理的兼容。
This paper describes the current situation of the application of CRM in China’s insurance industry, analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and discusses the solutions to the problems: establishing a unified concept of CRM; conducting organizational change and process optimization; forming and implementing a customer relationship management project team; Internal Information System and Customer Relationship Management Compatibility.
