为了改善制动器的制动性能 ,即提高它的耐磨性和摩擦系数 ,对 4种WC含量不同的镍基复合涂层的摩擦磨损性能进行了试验研究 ,并且利用扫描电子显微镜对复合涂层的磨损面进行了观察 ,在此基础上对其抗磨机理和WC含量对涂层摩擦磨损性能的影响进行了分析与讨论。试验结果表明 ,含WC硬质相的镍基复合涂层的耐磨性和摩擦系数都高于基体HT2 5 0 ,其原因是涂层具有较高的硬度和较好的韧性
In order to improve the braking performance of the brake, that is to improve its wear resistance and friction coefficient, the friction and wear properties of four nickel-based composite coatings with different WC contents were investigated.
