采用低温离子渗硫技术在 4 5钢表面形成一定厚度的渗硫层。用销盘试验机在机械油润滑条件下对渗硫表面的抗擦伤性能 ,减摩及耐磨性能进行了系统研究。采用EDX和AES分析了边界润滑膜的成分。结果表明 :在低速条件下渗硫层可显著改善钢表面的抗擦伤性能 ,且具有较好的减摩耐磨作用。在磨损过程中 ,渗硫层促进了摩擦表面氧化物的形成。厚度适当的渗层可使边界润滑膜中的硫氧比处于最优范围 ,使表面承载能力提高。同时其对磨面的磨损也有所降低
Low temperature ionized sulfur infiltration technique was used to form a certain thickness of sulfurized layer on the surface of 45 steel. The anti-abrasion performance, anti-friction and anti-abrasion performance of sulfur-infiltrated surface were systematically studied with the pin-plate testing machine under the conditions of mechanical oil lubrication. The composition of the boundary lubrication film was analyzed by EDX and AES. The results show that the desulfurization layer can significantly improve the anti-galling property of the steel surface under low speed and has a good anti-friction and wear-resistant effect. Sulphurized layers promote the formation of tribological surface oxides during wear. Appropriate thickness of the diffusion layer can make the boundary lubrication film in the optimal range of sulfur and oxygen, the surface carrying capacity increased. At the same time its wear on the wear surface has also been reduced
