[目的]分析黄南州结核病控制项目实施5年中取得的成果及存在的问题,为项目顺利开展提供参考。[方法]收集并分析2002～2006年黄南州4县结核病月报表,季报表及对项目病人登记有关资料进行评价。[结果]2002～2006年共接诊可疑肺结核病人3379例,X线拍胸片2822人,查痰2893例,查痰率85.62%,发现活动性肺结核病人367例。新发涂阳登记率逐年上升,初治涂阳367例,治愈率85.56%;复治涂阳病人61例,治愈率59.37%。[结论]要以结核病控制项目为契机,进一步加强培训和督导工作,提高结防机构自身业务能力建设和规范技术管理,提高诊断,治疗及管理质量,进一步提高治愈率。通过综合医疗机构与结防机构之间的合作,加强肺结核病人及疑似肺结核病人的报告,转诊和追踪工作,降低病人的失访率。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the achievements and existing problems in the implementation of TB control project in Huangnan Prefecture in the past 5 years and provide references for the smooth implementation of the project. [Method] The monthly and quarterly reports of tuberculosis in 4 counties in Huangnan Prefecture from 2002 to 2006 were collected and analyzed, and the related information of the patients registered in the project was evaluated. [Results] A total of 3379 cases of suspicious pulmonary tuberculosis were diagnosed from 2002 to 2006. 2822 cases of X-ray chest radiograph, 2893 cases of sputum aspiration and 85.62% of sputum aspiration were detected. 367 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found. The new smear registration rate increased year by year, initial smear positive 367 cases, the cure rate was 85.56%; retreatment smear positive patients in 61 cases, the cure rate was 59.37%. [Conclusion] Take the TB control project as an opportunity to further strengthen the training and supervision work, improve the self-service capacity of the prevention and control institutions and standardize technical management, improve the quality of diagnosis, treatment and management, and further improve the cure rate. Through the cooperation between integrated medical institutions and drug prevention agencies, the reporting, referral and follow-up of tuberculosis patients and suspected tuberculosis patients will be stepped up to reduce the rate of patient loss.
