Proposed the objective and task of upgrading the road freight transportation industry in Shandong Province to the modern logistics industry and analyzed the problems that should be paid attention to when upgrading the road freight transportation industry and discussed the policies and measures that government departments should take to implement the upgrading of the road freight transportation industry .
