为探讨在大鼠海马齿状回(DG)生后发育过程中,活化的caspase-3在细胞增殖中的作用,本研究采用双重免疫荧光染色方法检测活化的caspase-3与Ki-67的表达情况及其相互关系。结果显示:在DG生后发育过程中,活化的caspase-3与Ki-67的表达无相关性,但明显存在小部分共表达的颗粒细胞。研究结果提示,在终生都有自我更新能力的DG中,活化的caspase-3在颗粒细胞增殖中可能存在重要的非凋亡作用。
To explore the role of activated caspase-3 in cell proliferation during the postnatal development of hippocampal dentate gyrus (DG) in rats, double immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of activated caspase-3 and Ki-67 Situation and their relationship. The results showed that there was no correlation between the expression of activated caspase-3 and Ki-67 during the postnatal development of DG, but there was obviously a small number of co-expressed granulosa cells. The results suggest that activated DG may have an important non-apoptotic role in granulosa cell proliferation in DG with lifelong self-renewal.
