目的探讨判定宫颈癌患者预后的分子生物学指标。方法2002-09-2003-11应用免疫组织化学方法观察人错配修复基因2(MSH2)、细胞周期调节蛋白-67(Ki-67)在宫颈鳞癌、腺癌中的表达。结果在宫颈癌组织中hMSH2、Ki-67表达高于正常组(P<0·01);hMSH2高表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移、癌细胞分化程度密切相关(P<0·05);hMSH2表达阳性者Ki-67表达明显高于hMSH2表达阴性者(P<0·05)。结论hMSH2、Ki-67可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展及转移过程,hMSH2在宫颈癌中的过表达与细胞增殖有密切关系,可作为反映宫颈癌生物学行为的有效指标。
Objective To explore the molecular biological indicators to determine the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer. Methods The expression of human mismatch repair gene 2 (MSH2) and cyclin - 67 (Ki - 67) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of hMSH2 and Ki-67 in cervical cancer was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.01). The high expression of hMSH2 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation of cervical cancer (P <0.05), and the positive expression of hMSH2 Ki-67 expression was significantly higher than hMSH2 negative (P <0.05). Conclusions hMSH2 and Ki-67 may be involved in the development, progression and metastasis of cervical cancer. The overexpression of hMSH2 in cervical cancer is closely related to cell proliferation and may be used as an effective indicator of cervical cancer biological behavior.
