采煤机截齿是采煤过程中大量使用的易损件,钎焊质量不佳造成截齿的巨大消耗和工作效率低下。本实验以YG15硬质合金为截齿齿头,42CrMo钢为截齿齿体,HL105铜焊片为钎料,自制水溶性铜钎焊钎剂代替传统的脱水硼砂,对采煤机截齿进行炉中钎焊。焊接接头强度得到很大提高,达到优等水平。当自制水溶性铜钎剂与水的比例为4:6时,钎料完全湿润,截齿的钎缝充盈度最高,齿头抗弯能力最好,优于工厂生产的截齿,延长了采煤机截齿的使用寿命。
