采用熔融共混的方法制备聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)/空心玻璃微珠(HGB)复合材料。考察了HGB对PBS熔融与结晶特性、动态流变行为、应力-应变行为及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:HGB会促进PBS的结晶,提高结晶度,但对PBS的熔融特性影响较小;填充HGB以后,PBS的弹性模量和抗形变能力增强,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降;PBS/HGB复合体系在应力-应变过程中,不存在屈服现象,显示脆性断裂行为。
Polybutylene succinate (PBS) / hollow glass bead (HGB) composites were prepared by melt blending. The effects of HGB on the melt and crystallization properties, dynamic rheological behavior, stress-strain behavior and tensile properties of PBS were investigated. The results showed that HGB could promote the crystallization of PBS and increase the crystallinity, but had little effect on the melting properties of PBS. After HGB was filled, the elastic modulus and anti-deformation ability of PBS increased, while the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased. PBS / HGB composite system in the stress-strain process, there is no yield phenomenon, showing brittle fracture behavior.
