人才管理是当前人力资源管理理论与实务的热点问题。本文通过对国内人才管理理论与实践现状的梳理与分析,提出核心人才的涵义,并将其划分为管理类核心人才、技术类核心人才、技能类核心人才、营销类核心人才;在此基础上,本文结合胜任力理论,建立核心人才三维能力结构模型以及基于胜任素质模型的核心人才管理体系,尝试为企业人才管理实践问题提供参考。
Talent management is a hot issue in current theory and practice of human resource management. Based on the review and analysis of the current situation of domestic talent management theory and practice, this paper puts forward the connotation of core talent and divides it into management core talents, technology core talents, skill core talents and marketing core talents. On this basis This paper, based on competency theory, establishes a three-dimensional competency model of core talents and a core talent management system based on competency model to try to provide reference for the practice of talent management in enterprises.
