目的：探索慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的有效治疗方法。方法：应用异体血光量子疗法治疗ＣＲＦ患者１４例（治疗组），并与对照组（１２例）作疗效对比。结果：治疗组在降低血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）和血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）、增加尿量和内生肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）及提高ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值等方面均明显优于对照组，具有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５），且患者的恶心、呕吐症状明显改善，而血压变化不大。结论：异体血光量子疗法治疗ＣＲＦ的疗效可靠、安全，疗效优于常规治疗。
Objective: To explore the effective treatment of chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods: Allogeneic blood photon therapy was used to treat 14 patients with CRF (treatment group) and compared with control group (12 patients). Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing BUN and SCr, increasing urine output and endogenous creatinine clearance (CCr), and increasing the ratio of CD + 4 and CD + 4 / CD + 8 (P <0.05), and the patient’s nausea and vomiting symptoms improved significantly, but little change in blood pressure. Conclusion: Allogeneic blood photon therapy CRF is reliable, safe and effective than conventional treatment.
