本文对热电偶动态校准中红外探测器输出信号的去噪方法进行了研究。首先分析了经典滤波器方法的不足,介绍了小波分析方法在动态测试信号降噪中的应用。接着讨论了小波分析的理论基础以及小波基的选择、分解级数和阈值的确定。最后在Matlab平台下对红外探测器信号进行了去噪实验。实验结果表明,该方法有效去除了固定频率噪声和高频噪声,去噪后信号与原始信号中有用信号成分是同步的,这对于热电偶的建模分析具有重要意义。
In this paper, the denoising method of thermocouple dynamic calibration mid-infrared detector output signal is studied. Firstly, the insufficiency of the classical filter method is analyzed. The application of wavelet analysis in the noise reduction of dynamic test signal is introduced. Then the theoretical basis of wavelet analysis and the selection of wavelet bases, the decomposition series and the threshold determination are discussed. Finally, the signal of the infrared detector is denoised experiment in Matlab platform. The experimental results show that this method can effectively remove the fixed frequency noise and high frequency noise, and the denoised signal is in synchronization with the useful signal components in the original signal, which is of great significance for the modeling and analysis of the thermocouple.
