绩效工资是工资制度改革的主要成果,其确立给企业带来很多效益,同时也产生了很多负面效应。相关研究主要根据考核体系存在的问题提供对策。然而,绩效工资产生的一系列负面效应的核心在于企业与其员工、员工与顾客、企业与顾客之间信息的不对称性。主观隐瞒信息或者信息不完整对各个主体产生不同影响。本文主要从这三对主体出发,在基于信息的不对称所导致的相关问题层面提供一些可能的解决方法。
Performance pay is the main result of wage system reform, which has brought many benefits to the enterprise, but also has a lot of negative effects. Related research mainly based on the problems existing in the assessment system to provide countermeasures. However, the core of a series of negative effects of performance pay lies in the asymmetry of information between enterprises and their employees, employees and customers, enterprises and customers. Subjective concealment of information or incomplete information on each subject have different effects. Starting from these three pairs of subjects, this paper provides some possible solutions to the related problems caused by asymmetric information.
