[目的]了解住院早产儿母乳微生物污染状况并探讨其相关原因。[方法]采用方便抽样在我院新生儿科抽取75份母乳样本进行微生物学检验。母乳样本中菌落总数>10~4CFU/m L认为样本污染。[结果]69.3%的母乳样本存在细菌污染,电动吸奶器较手动挤奶更容易发生污染(χ~2=4.7,P=0.03)。[结论]深圳地区住院早产儿的母乳安全状况不容乐观,好的卫生习惯以及严格规范的挤奶、收集、运送、储存方法,是保证母乳安全的重要举措。
[Objective] To understand the status of breast-milk microbial contamination in hospitalized premature infants and explore its related causes. [Method] A total of 75 samples of breast milk were taken from neonatology department of our hospital for microbiological examination. The total number of colonies in breast milk samples> 10 ~ 4CFU / m L that the sample contamination. [Result] 69.3% of breast milk samples were contaminated by bacteria. Electric breast pump was more prone to contamination than manual milking (χ ~ 2 = 4.7, P = 0.03). [Conclusion] The breast milk safety status of hospitalized premature infants in Shenzhen is not optimistic, good hygienic habits and strict norms of milking, collecting, transporting and storing methods are the important measures to ensure the safety of breast milk.
