针对几种常见的高墩、高塔施工工艺进行了对比分析,依托于驸马长江大桥北岸引桥刚构8号墩的施工实例,分析总结了悬挂自升式模架设计及施工技术的相关内容。使用悬挂模架施工工艺,安全,高效,墩身外观质量好,在模板成本、施工人员的投入、施工工期进度等方面对比其他施工工艺都具有明显优势。低成本、高产值的悬挂模架施工工艺应用于高墩施工中,有较好的社会效益。
Aiming at several common high pier and tower construction techniques, a comparative analysis was made. Based on the construction example of No. 8 pier with the bridge approach of the North Shore of the Suma Yangtze River Bridge, the relevant contents of the design and construction technology of the suspended jacking frame were analyzed and summarized. The use of suspension mold construction technology, safety, efficiency, pier body appearance of good quality, in the template cost, construction personnel input, construction schedule and other aspects compared with other construction techniques have obvious advantages. Low cost, high output suspension mold construction technology used in high pier construction, have a better social benefits.
