CFW小鼠注射环磷酰胺2天后,给予C57BL小鼠10~7脾细胞、T细胞、B细胞或胸腺细胞,其对C57BL新生鼠的半心移植平均存活时间与环磷酰胺对照组相比明显缩短。上述各类细胞抗原免疫后6天,给予环磷酰胺的移心平均存活时间是不同的,其中T细胞和胸腺细胞组能显著延长,脾细胞及B细胞组则无效;但当脾细胞数量增加5倍,其移心可明显延长。用抗Thy1血清加补体处理后,则延长作用即告消失。通过过继性转移试验及第三者试验,发现移心延长的动物体内存在有非特异性的抑制性T细胞群。
CFW mice were injected with cyclophosphamide two days later, C57BL mice were given 10 to 7 splenocytes, T cells, B cells or thymocytes, C57BL neonatal mice, their median survival time and half weeks after cyclophosphamide control group was significantly shorten. The average survival time of cyclophosphamide given on day 6 after immunization of all kinds of cellular antigens was different, in which the T cells and thymocytes were significantly prolonged, while the splenocytes and B cells were ineffective; however, when the number of splenocytes was increased 5 times, its heart can be significantly extended. After treatment with anti-Thy1 serum plus complement, the prolongation disappears. Through adoptive transfer test and a third party test, it was found that there was a non-specific inhibitory T cell population in animals with prolonged cardiac shift.
