为了解刺激伪迹和肌电对豚鼠面神经逆行诱发电位(Antidromicevokedpotential,AEP)的影响,观察了不同刺激条件下刺激伪迹的改变及其和AEP的时序关系;使用肌松剂前后肌电及AEP波形成分的变化,结果表明:过大的刺激伪迹影响AEP早期成分的识别。选择适当的刺激部位、适宜的刺激信号波宽、极性及强度可使刺激伪迹和AEP充分分离;在生理状态下,肌电不影响AEP的识别,但在病理状态下,仍应注意肌电对AEP晚期成分的影响。
