目的:揭示桂枝麻黄各半汤方中方与方间在镇痛作用方面存在的“类七情”关系。方法:以桂枝麻黄各半汤、桂枝汤、麻黄汤对1%醋酸致小鼠腹痛的扭体反应数及小鼠热板法痛阈值的影响为观察对象,结合促炎症因子白介素1(IL-1)、白介素6(IL-6)的含量变化,阐明桂枝麻黄各半汤中方与方间在镇痛作用方面存在着的功效“相须”或“相恶”关系。结果:桂枝麻黄各半汤方中的桂枝汤与麻黄汤在镇痛方面存在着“相恶”关系,且此“相恶”关系随着合方制法的不同有出现增强或减弱的趋势。结论:桂枝麻黄各半汤方中方与方间有“相恶”关系的存在,而非仅为功效“相须”。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the “Qiqingqing” relationship between the Chinese herb and the Chinese herb of Guizhi Mahuang Decoction. Methods: The effects of Guizhi Mahuang Decoction, Guizhi Decoction and Mahuang Decoction on the writhing response of mouse abdominal pain caused by 1% acetic acid and the pain threshold of mouse hot plate method were observed, and the pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin 1 was used as the observation target. Conclusion: The relationship between the Chinese side and the side of Guizhi Ephedra Decoction has the relationship of “evil” rather than only the effect of “Xue Suo”.
