目的探究鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗脑损伤综合征合并听力损伤的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2016年6月收治的80例脑损伤综合征合并听力损伤患儿为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组患儿仅给予听力训练、肢体功能训练以及佩戴助听器等综合治疗。实验组患儿在对照组患者治疗的基础之上在听宫、风池、外关以及耳门等穴位注射鼠神经生长因子进行治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及治疗前后Gesell评分的变化,分析临床疗效与听力损失程度的关系。结果经治疗,实验组治愈9例,显效18例,有效23例,无效14例,总有效率为78.1%,显著高于对照组的25.8%(P<0.01)。治疗前,两组患儿在适应性、精细动作、语言以及个人-社交能力等4个方面的评分无统计学差异(P均>0.05);治疗后,实验组患儿4项指标的评分均较治疗前显著提高(P均<0.05),也较对照组明显提高(P均<0.05)。在实验组患者中,轻度听力损失的病耳的总有效率为94.4%,显著高于听力损失程度为中度、重度的病耳(63.6%,62.5%,P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗脑损伤综合征合并听力损伤患儿,不仅提高了临床疗效,而且改善了患儿的生活质量,是一种临床疗效令人满意的治疗药物。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection of rat nerve growth factor (NGF) on brain injury syndrome with hearing impairment. Methods From January 2016 to June 2016, 80 children with hearing-impaired brain injury syndrome were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given only hearing training, physical function training and wearing hearing aids and other comprehensive treatment. The experimental group of children in the control group based on the treatment of patients in the hearing Palace, Fengchi, foreign relations and the ear door and other points injection of rat nerve growth factor for treatment. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared with the Gesell score before and after the treatment, and the relationship between clinical curative effect and degree of hearing loss was analyzed. Results After treatment, the experimental group was cured in 9 cases, markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 23 cases, ineffective in 14 cases, the total effective rate was 78.1%, significantly higher than the control group 25.8% (P <0.01). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the four aspects of adaptability, fine motor, language and personal-social ability (P> 0.05). After treatment, the scores of the four indicators in the experimental group Which were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P <0.05), and also significantly higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05). In the experimental group, the total effective rate of mild hearing loss ear was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that of moderate and severe hearing loss patients (63.6%, 62.5%, P <0.05). Conclusion Treatment of brain injury syndrome with brain injury syndrome by injecting rat nerve growth factor in children not only improves the clinical curative effect, but also improves the quality of life in children. It is a satisfactory therapeutic drug with clinical curative effect.
