以核桃楸砧木和普通核桃砧木为试材,研究了砧木对早实核桃‘绿岭’果实品质的影响。结果表明:核桃楸砧木与普通核桃砧木的‘绿岭’核桃果实纵径分别为3.914cm与3.308cm;横径分别为3.269cm和4.039cm;果形指数分别为1.199和0.819;青皮率分别为60.22%和52.87%;这4项均存在极显著差异。壳厚分别为0.102cm和0.082cm,差异显著。出仁率分别为59.28%和65.44%;脂肪含量分别为604mg/g和642mg/g;可溶性蛋白质含量分别为19mg/g和11mg/g,这3项均存在极显著差异。总蛋白质含量无明显变化。核桃楸砧木‘绿岭’果实中的亮氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸等5种必需氨基酸和精氨酸、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸等4种非必需氨基酸含量均极显著高于普通核桃砧木;钙、镁、锰含量均极显著高于普通核桃砧木,锌含量显著高于普通核桃砧木。
The effects of rootstock on the fruit quality of’Lualing’were studied with rootstocks of Juglans mandshurica and common walnut rootstocks. The results showed that the longitudinal diameter of ’Green Ridge’ walnut fruits of Juglans mandshurica rootstock and ordinary walnut rootstocks were 3.914cm and 3.308cm respectively; the transverse diameters were 3.269cm and 4.039cm respectively; the fruit shape indices were 1.199 and 0.819 respectively; 60.22% and 52.87%, all of which have very significant differences. Shell thickness were 0.102cm and 0.082cm, significant difference. Kernel yield were 59.28% and 65.44% respectively; the fat content was 604mg / g and 642mg / g respectively; the soluble protein contents were 19mg / g and 11mg / g respectively, all of which had extremely significant differences. Total protein content no significant change. Five essential amino acids such as leucine, valine, isoleucine, threonine, methionine and arginine, aspartic acid, alanine, proline And other four kinds of non-essential amino acids were significantly higher than ordinary walnut rootstock; calcium, magnesium and manganese were significantly higher than ordinary walnut rootstock, zinc content was significantly higher than ordinary walnut rootstocks.
