13年前,著名管理学教授费尔南多·巴托洛梅写了一篇文章,标题是《没有人完全信任老板,怎么办?》,文章发表于1989年3/4月号的《哈佛商业评论》上。巴托洛梅教授在文章中指出:1 对经理人而言,尽早抓住问题是重要的,而找出会使你头疼的问题的最好方式,是让你的下属告诉你。这取决于坦率与信任,但这两点都有严格的内在的局限性。在需要坦率和信任的时候,大部分人倾向于选择沉默,自我保护,而权力斗争也妨碍了坦诚。
13 years ago, Fernando Bartolomé, a renowned management professor, wrote an article titled “No one trusts the boss completely. What should I do?” The article was published in the Harvard Business Review in March/April 1989. on. Professor Bartolome pointed out in the article: 1 It is important for managers to seize the problem as early as possible, and the best way to find the problem that will make you headache is to let your subordinates tell you. It depends on frankness and trust, but both of these have strict inherent limitations. When frankness and trust are needed, most people tend to choose silence and self-protection, and the power struggle also hinders candour.
