近年来,许多作者报告慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者存在肾小管酸化功能障碍。为了解肾小球疾病患者尿酸化功能的改变,自1991年5月～1991年12月我们测定了159例肾脏病患者的尿HCO_3、TA和HN_4~+,现将结果分析报告如下。 1 材料和方法
